If you need to return your gears for any reason, you can send the product with all the contents of the original packaging, in the same packaging, within 30 days of delivery of the product. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original condition when received.
Yellowfin Gears must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will inform you to return ship the product to our nearest office.
We will inform you once we have received the product you returned, and upon due inspection, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval/rejection of your refund, specifying the reasons if applicable. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the purchase amount of the product will be credited to the original payment method.
The return shipping cost (Standard) borne by you will be refunded to you in the form of a discount coupon on your next purchase on www.yellowfinindia.com.
Yellowfin Gears will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of the return shipment during transit.
